Vinay Sethia and Rahul Belwal won the 30+ Men’s Doubles title at the Kolkata Open, an Indian Pickleball Association (IPA) sanctioned PWR 400 event, in Kolkata on May 2.
The duo delivered a dominant performance in the final, defeating Kanishk Gupta and Rishabh Gupta 15-5 in a one-sided contest. Vinay and Rahul controlled the match from the outset, combining aggressive shot-making with sharp court coverage to keep their opponents under constant pressure.
Their road to the title was equally emphatic. In the semifinal, Vinay and Rahul registered a clinical 11-0 victory over David Murry and Tonoto Ayemi, showcasing their superior coordination and consistency. The result underlined their form and momentum heading into the summit clash.

On the other side of the draw, Kanishk and Rishabh secured their place in the final with an 11-6 win over Harsh Gurnani and Ashray Bhasin. They displayed resilience and composure in their semifinal, but were unable to replicate that performance in the title match.
With this commanding run, Vinay and Rahul capped off a flawless campaign, emerging as deserving champions in the 30+ Men’s Doubles category.
