In a shocking twist of turns, a Bengaluru thief robbed a house and ran with cash and gold, but his karma was awaiting. As he came outside the house, the thief was mugged by four other robbers, who were standing beside a cemetery, TOI reported. The incident happened last month, when the 30-year-old robber, Ishay Raj, who is a habitual offender from Amrutahalli, broke into a locked house in Mandur and stole 330 grams of gold and Rs 25000.

How Bengaluru Thief’s Karma Got Him

According to a TOI report, the thief arrived on a stolen scooter and parked it near a cemetery before breaking into the house. After stealing cash and gold, the man escaped the house. When he came back to his scooter, four youths confronted him and asked him what he was doing there, according to a TOI report.

The four men searched him, found cash and gold with him, and took everything. However, he gave him Rs 3000 for his expenses and told him to leave.

How He Changed His Fate – The Shocking Twist

Raj, unable to accept his fate and considering it bad luck, decided not to return empty-handed. After riding his scooter for barely 1 km, he broke into two more houses and stole another 120 grams of gold and Rs 1.5 lakh in cash.

Two days later, the homeowners filed a complaint against the robbers. The police checked the CCTV footage and identified Raj. Later, the man was arrested, and the police found 110 grams of gold and Rs 28000 cash.

The police, after checking other CCTV footage too, saw four other youths on scooters around that time, but only one of them has been traced.
