School Holidays News Live Updates: Schools in several districts of Tamil Nadu are being ordered to stay closed as the weather conditions continue to remain unfavourable due to Cyclone Ditwah. Due to this, whether or not schools in several districts of South India, including Chennai, Kanchipuram, Cuddalore, and several other parts of Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and southern interior Karnataka, will remain closed is yet to be seen.
Meanwhile, Kerala state government has declared public holidays this week due to local body polls. Schools in Maharashtra may also seen disruptions in regular classes due to a continued statewide strike called by teachers’ bodies.
