Delhi Schools Today Live Updates: The air quality index of Delhi and its adjoining areas has once again fallen to the ‘severe’ category, with residents complaining of shortness of breath, sore throat, burning sensations in the eyes, etc. Considering the worsening situation, the Delhi government has invoked the Graded Response Action Plan (GRAP) Stage 4, under which all private and government schools have been ordered to go hybrid until class 11 (except 10th standard).
Furthermore, all government and private offices have been directed to operate at 50% capacity and give work from home (WFH) to the remaining 50 per cent.
Because of the health hazards caused by the deteriorating AQI, many students and parents are expecting the authorities to either announce a shutdown or prepone winter vacations. As of now, the Delhi government has not announced the closure of educational institutions, incase an official confirmation arrives, we will update you on this page.
