Trumbull Mall Shooting Today: Reports of a shooting emerged from the Trumbull Mall in Connecticut on Friday. According to local reports, a male teen reportedly pulled out a gun and fired shots.
The police and the mall are yet to issue a statement.
Speaking about the incident, a person on Facebook wrote: “I am told there’s an active shooting at Trumbull mall. Be safe everyone!” Some reports stated that the shooting might have taken place at the food court of the mall.
“Report of a shooting which occurred at the Trumbull Mall in Trumbull. There are no reported injuries at this time, but this story is currently developing. 2025-12-26,” a local media posted on Facebook. The local channel also posted a video from the scene.
Responding to the incident, the town of Trumbull said via a post on X: “The Police Department is investigating a discharge of a firearm at the Trumbull Mall, which occurred within the last hour. The mall is presently closed due to the weather, but police are on the scene checking all cars as they leave the mall.”
