Netflix originals, big films, and returning as well as new series will fill up the streaming giant’s 2026 calendar. While some stars might make their OTT debut, new faces can also be launched. Since yesterday, Netflix is reposting stories from many celebs including Sunny Deol, Jimmy Shergill, Vijay Varma, Madhuri Dixit, Rohit Saraf, Kapil Sharma, Triptii Dimri and R Madhavan. Many of these celebs ae expected to feature in various projects to be announced today. Some of them are attending the Netflix event today.

Netflix Unveils the Season 5 of The Great Indian Kapil Show
After four blockbuster seasons uniting the world’s biggest stars with millions of fans, The Great Indian Kapil Show returns with Season 5- expanding its beloved comedy universe into a riotous new ‘mastiverse’ of laughter and surprises, packed with spontaneous moments, renewed energy and unforgettable conversations. Cast of the show includes – Kapil Sharma, Archana Puran Singh, Navjot Singh Siddhu, Sunil Grover, Krushna Abhishek, Kiku Sharda.
Family Business starring Anil Kapoor
Netflix also unveiled Family Business, with Anil Kapoor and Vijay Varma as the lead actors. Neha Dhupia and Rhea Chakraborty are also part of the cast. The caption shared on Instagram states that the plot will revolve around the struggle between new blood and old money.
Sunny Deol and Akshaye Khanna’s OTT debut Ikka announced
The biggest announcement of the evening was that superstar Sunny Deol and Dhuandhar sensation Akshaye Khanna are making OTT debuts with Ikka. The first look shows a showdown between both. It is directed by Siddharth P. Malhotra and stars Sunny Deol, Akshaye Khanna, Dia Mirza, Tillotama Shome, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Shishir Sharma, Akansha Ranjan.
