The NEET UG paper leak investigation has expanded, with Latur emerging as a key link in the probe. CBI teams are camping in Latur and questioning students, parents, coaching institute operators, and individuals linked to prominent coaching centres. Investigators suspect accused PV Kulkarni and co-accused Manisha Wagmare built an organised network targeting students across Maharashtra. Sources revealed seminars were used for outreach, engineering students acted as agents, aspirants were shortlisted through mock tests, and wealthy students were marked as high-value targets. Payments allegedly ranged from Rs 25,000 to Rs 25 lakh. Investigators also traced the alleged paper leak chain involving Manisha Wagmare, Dhananjay Lokhande, Shubham Khairnar, and Yash Yadav. The CBI has now identified another alleged mastermind, Manisha Gurunath Mandhare, a senior botany teacher from Pune, who has been arrested from Delhi after investigation.#timesnow #englishnews #neet #paperleak #cbi #latur #maharashtra #investigation #education #breaking
