Mumbai: The Delhi Police announced on Sunday (February 15) arrested five members of the notorious Lawrence Bishnoi gang in connection with the daylight murder of 35-year-old businessman Vaibhav Gandhi.
Gandhi, a plastic granules manufacturer, was shot dead on February 9, 2026, near his factory in Sector 4, Bawana Industrial Area. The assailants reportedly intercepted him, attempted to snatch his laptop bag, and shot him at close range when he resisted. Investigators later recovered approximately Rs 1 crore in cash from the victim’s car, suggesting the gang may have been targeting him for a high-value robbery or extortion.
