Lakshmirpriya Devi on Boong

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, Lakshmipriya Devi was asked if there was any strategy as to where Boong would land. Responding to this, Lakshmipriya revealed that there was no strategy at all. “The language happened to be Manipuri. We weren’t making a ₹100-crore film where every move is planned. Everything has been a series of happy accidents. We made it and then waited to see who would give us a platform,” she said.
